The Benefits Analyst plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and analyzing compensation and benefits programs. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive job analysis and evaluation to define roles and responsibilities within the organization.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
- Analyze employee benefits data and trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update compensation structures and benefit plans to align with industry standards.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits practices against industry competitors.
- Assist in the administration of pension programs and associated employee communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, compensation analysis, or HR analytics.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits legislation and compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Professional certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) is a plus.
