Job Brief
The Beer Coil Cleaner is responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of beer dispensing systems, including coils, lines, and related equipment. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of beer coils and dispensing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents, brushes, hoses, and cloths to effectively remove buildup and debris.
- Inspect equipment for wear and tear, reporting any issues for timely repairs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and procedures performed.
- Collaborate with bartenders and service staff to schedule cleaning without disrupting service operations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in cleaning technology.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in sanitation or cleaning preferred.
- Proven experience in cleaning equipment, preferably in the beverage or food service industry.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment and materials safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Basic knowledge of beer dispensing systems and equipment maintenance is a plus.
