Job Brief
As a Bathhouse Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for patrons at our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include providing personal items to guests in locker rooms, dressing rooms, and coatrooms, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Successful candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, along with prior experience in hospitality or customer service settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist patrons in locating and retrieving personal items in locker rooms and dressing areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all locker room facilities, including showers and restrooms.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patron inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor locker room activities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and other essential items as needed to ensure availability for patrons.
- Enforce facility policies regarding conduct and usage to maintain a respectful atmosphere.
- Perform regular inspections of locker rooms and report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
- Assist with the overall operations of the bathhouse to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patrons and team members.
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the bathhouse.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a spa or recreational setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physically able to lift and carry items, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Basic first aid or CPR certification is a plus but not required.
