Job Brief
As a Banquet Manager, you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, coordinating, and directing food and beverage services for various events. Responsibilities

- Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal cost efficiency and resource utilization.
- Conduct pre-event meetings with staff and clients to confirm details and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food and beverage operations.
- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, event planning, and catering services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in event management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Relevant certifications in food safety and hospitality management preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
