  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food and beverage operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, event planning, and catering services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in event management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Relevant certifications in food safety and hospitality management preferred.
