Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial products, and risk management practices.
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking software and technology platforms.
