Job Brief

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field; terminal degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ballet instruction and performance.
- Strong knowledge of ballet terminology, techniques, and historical context.
- Proven ability to teach diverse student populations with varying skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive learning environment.
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment practices.
- Active engagement in the dance community through performance, workshops, or research.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff in a multidisciplinary setting.
