Job Brief
The Bag Machine Adjuster is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of industrial bagging machinery. Responsibilities
- Repair, install, and maintain bagging machinery and related equipment to ensure seamless production.
- Adjust machine settings and configurations to meet production specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Train and guide junior staff on machine operation and maintenance procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices in the workplace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machinery maintenance is preferred.
- Proven experience as a machine adjuster or in a similar technical role within an industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on bagging and packaging machinery.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems relevant to machinery operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
