Job Brief
As a Bacteriologist, you will play a crucial role in investigating the growth, structure, and development of microscopic organisms, primarily focusing on bacteria, algae, and fungi. Responsibilities

- Stay current with advancements in microbiology and related fields to incorporate best practices into research and laboratory techniques.
- Train and mentor junior staff and students in laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
- Present research findings at scientific conferences and publish results in peer-reviewed journals.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Microbiology, Bacteriology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a laboratory environment, with expertise in microbiological techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation of research findings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with molecular biology techniques and bioinformatics is a plus.
