Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automobile Damage Appraiser or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and vehicle technologies.
- Familiarity with insurance claims processing and relevant regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in evaluating vehicle damage.
- Effective negotiation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications in vehicle appraisal or damage assessment are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
