Job Brief
As an Auto Detailer, you will be responsible for meticulously cleaning and restoring vehicles to pristine condition. This role requires hands-on experience with various cleaning techniques and equipment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Ideal candidates possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of automotive care products. A background in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Wash and wax vehicles, ensuring a high-gloss finish.
- Clean and vacuum interiors, including carpets, upholstery, and mats.
- Detail wheels, tires, and undercarriages to remove dirt and grime.
- Apply cleaning agents and protectants to surfaces, including dashboards and door panels.
- Remove stains and odors using appropriate cleaning techniques and products.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or areas requiring additional attention.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing equipment and workspace.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their specific detailing needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Auto Detailer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of automotive cleaning products and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive detailing are a plus.
