Job Brief

Responsibilities

  • Record and edit sound tracks, ensuring clarity and quality of audio output.
  • Mix audio tracks to create balanced sound for production purposes.
  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and artists to achieve desired sound effects and audio quality.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on audio equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in audio technology and techniques.
  • Manage audio files, including organizing, archiving, and backing up recordings.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on audio engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Music Production, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Audio Recording Engineer or similar role in a professional setting.
  • Proficient in audio editing software such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Adobe Audition.
  • Strong knowledge of audio equipment, including microphones, mixers, and recording devices.
  • Excellent understanding of sound design principles and audio mixing techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
  • Certifications in audio engineering or sound production are a plus.
