  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in embroidery and textile design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and production schedules.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to embroidery machine operators to achieve optimal results.
  • Document and maintain a library of embroidery files for future reference and reuse.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to embroidery machines and software to minimize downtime.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an embroidery digitizer or in a similar role within the textile or apparel industry.
  • Proficiency in embroidery software such as Wilcom, Hatch, or similar programs.
  • Strong artistic background with an understanding of color theory, design principles, and garment construction.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with design and production teams.
  • Familiarity with various embroidery techniques and machine settings.
  • A degree or certification in fashion design, textile technology, or a related field is preferred.
