Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management or operations leadership.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
