Job Brief
As an AOC Operations Naval and Amphibious Liaison Element Member, you will play a critical role in managing essential communications, detection, and weapons systems that ensure effective control of air, ground, and naval operations. This position requires experience in military operations, crisis management, and effective coordination among multiple defense forces. You will formulate and implement emergency response plans while providing strategic oversight of surveillance systems, ensuring operational readiness, and delivering high-level reporting to military and government entities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operation of communications and detection systems crucial for air, ground, and naval coordination.
- Facilitate critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure seamless operational integration.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and agencies to enhance operational efficiency and readiness.
- Evaluate and analyze command center information to determine the need for high-level military and government reporting.
- Operate and manage surveillance and detection systems to maintain situational awareness and strategic advantage.
- Provide technical guidance and advice on capabilities and operational readiness to enhance mission effectiveness.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to ensure precision in military engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in military operations, particularly within joint air, naval, and ground environments.
- Strong knowledge of communications and detection systems used in military applications.
- Experience in crisis management and emergency response planning.
- Familiarity with surveillance technologies and operational readiness assessment.
- Ability to evaluate and synthesize command center information for strategic decision-making.
- Technical proficiency in weapons targeting and launch systems.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple agencies and teams.
- Relevant military certification or training in operations management is preferred.
