Job Brief
As an AOC Operations Intelligence Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operation of advanced communications, detection, and weapons systems vital for the coordination of air, ground, and naval operations. This position requires a high level of expertise in formulating and implementing strategic emergency plans for both natural and wartime scenarios, while ensuring effective communication links between various military branches. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a solid understanding of operational readiness and surveillance systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operation of communications and detection systems to support air, ground, and naval operations.
- Coordinate critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces during operational missions.
- Formulate and implement emergency response plans for natural disasters and wartime situations.
- Evaluate and analyze command center information for high-level military and government reporting.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems.
- Provide technical advice and insights on capabilities and operational readiness.
- Coordinate and manage emergency response teams and agencies effectively.
- Conduct regular assessments of surveillance and detection systems to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Military Science, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in military operations, intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of communications, detection, and weapons systems.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting operational data for decision-making purposes.
- Experience in formulating emergency plans and coordinating responses.
- Familiarity with operational readiness assessments and surveillance technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among various forces.
