Job Brief
As an Anode Builder, you will be responsible for the assembly and modification of critical electrical and electronic equipment, including batteries, telemetering systems, electric motors, and test equipment. Responsibilities
- Assemble and modify anodes for various electrical and electronic systems, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
- Conduct detailed testing and quality control checks on assembled components.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and modifications.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform assembly tasks safely and effectively.
- Adhere to industry safety standards and best practices throughout the assembly process.
- Assist in the development of new assembly techniques to improve production efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or electrical engineering preferred.
- Proven experience in electronics assembly or a similar role, preferably in battery production.
- Strong understanding of electrical components and circuitry.
- Familiarity with testing equipment and tools used in electronic assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
