Job Brief
As an Airline Flight Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring passenger safety and comfort during flights. You will be responsible for monitoring the aircraft cabin, delivering exceptional customer service, and responding effectively to any emergency situations. Responsibilities
- Monitor the safety and security of the aircraft cabin throughout the flight.
- Provide excellent customer service to airline passengers before, during, and after flights.
- Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and explain safety procedures to passengers.
- Serve food and beverages to passengers in accordance with airline policies.
- Address passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records related to flight and passenger services.
- Respond to emergency incidents and provide first aid as required.
- Collaborate with pilots and ground staff to ensure a smooth flight experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification is desirable.
- Must pass a background check and meet FAA requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules.
