Job Brief
As a Show Floor Decorator, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and erecting visually compelling commercial displays for retail stores and trade exhibitions. Responsibilities
- Design and construct innovative display setups for retail environments and trade shows.

- Ensure the timely assembly and disassembly of show floor displays as per project timelines.
- Conduct site visits to assess space and determine optimal display arrangements.
- Manage inventory and sourcing of display materials and props.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
- Implement feedback from clients and team members to continuously improve display effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Show Floor Decorator or in a similar visual merchandising role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous display projects and design skills.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current trends in retail design and consumer behavior.
- Physical ability to lift and manipulate display materials and equipment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
