Job Brief
The Aircraft Loadmaster Superintendent is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of aircrew members involved in cargo loading and unloading operations. Responsibilities

- Coordinate pre-flight planning and execution of load plans, ensuring optimal weight distribution.
- Conduct training and mentoring for aircrew members on loading procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor compliance with FAA regulations and company policies regarding cargo handling.
- Evaluate and improve loadmaster operations to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Act as the primary point of contact for load-related inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo operations and report discrepancies or incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aircraft Loadmaster or in a related supervisory role in aviation.
- Strong understanding of aircraft weight and balance principles and cargo loading procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and safety protocols in air cargo operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, informed decisions.
- Relevant certifications in loadmaster operations or aviation safety preferred.
- Proficient in using load management software and tools associated with cargo operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
