Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, aeronautical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in aviation operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in flight management systems and operational software.
- Relevant certifications such as FAA Part 121 or similar credentials preferred.
