Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in flight management systems and operational software.
  • Relevant certifications such as FAA Part 121 or similar credentials preferred.
