Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in agricultural chemistry.
- Train and mentor junior staff in laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Agricultural Science, or a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
- Proven experience in a laboratory setting, particularly in agricultural chemistry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques, including chromatography and spectroscopy.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety practices in chemical handling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in data analysis software and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings.
- Experience in project management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
