Job Brief
As an Adult Education Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating learning for out-of-school youth and adults. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging curriculum in basic education, literacy, and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, as well as guiding students toward earning their high school equivalency credentials. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Learning, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or licensure in Adult Education or a related area.
- Proven experience in adult education, literacy, or ESL instruction.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse learners.
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
