Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed reports and forecasts to assist with financial planning.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of financial closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure adherence to tax laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPA certification or equivalent is a plus.
