- Collaborate with team members to optimize vault operations and improve efficiency.
- Report any suspicious activities or discrepancies to management immediately.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or banking preferred.
- Proven experience as a teller or in a similar cash handling role.
- Strong understanding of cash management and banking regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using banking software and cash handling equipment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of security and confidentiality.
- Relevant certifications in banking or finance are a plus.
