Job Brief
As a Travel Service Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in planning and selling transportation and accommodations for clients. - Stay updated on travel regulations, industry trends, and seasonal promotions.
- Utilize reservation systems and travel software to manage bookings efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations and destinations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and reservation systems.
- Certifications in travel and tourism or related fields are a plus.
