  • Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process, fostering positive relationships with potential hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Recruiter, or similar role in human resources.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
