Job Brief
The Signals Intelligence Analysis Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of tactical operations specialists engaged in signals intelligence analysis. This role requires a strong background in intelligence operations, leadership skills, and the ability to analyze complex data sets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of signals intelligence methodologies and technologies, along with the capability to mentor and guide a team in delivering actionable intelligence to support mission objectives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of tactical operations specialists to ensure the effective collection, processing, and analysis of signals intelligence data.
- Coordinate intelligence operations to support strategic objectives and decision-making processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of signals intelligence to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in signals intelligence analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence findings into operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards in intelligence operations.
- Prepare and deliver briefings and reports to senior management and stakeholders regarding intelligence assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in signals intelligence analysis or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and coordinating intelligence operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in intelligence analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of signals intelligence collection methods and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Relevant certifications in intelligence analysis or operations (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Systems Auditor) are a plus.
