- Stay current with advancements in scientific illustration techniques and tools.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative visual solutions for complex scientific topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific illustration, fine arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a scientific illustrator or in a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of relevant work.
- Strong proficiency with illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other digital drawing tools.
- Excellent understanding of anatomy, biology, and other scientific disciplines.
- Ability to convey complex information through visual representation effectively.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with scientists and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in both art and scientific representation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
