Responsibilities

- Provide detailed explanations to clients regarding system operations and maintenance procedures.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively while adhering to industry safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service and support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or telecommunications preferred.
- Proven experience as a Satellite Dish Installer or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of satellite systems, audio/video equipment, and signal processing.
- Familiarity with installation tools, safety protocols, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel to various job sites.
