Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels of food items and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe food environment.
- Assist in brewing coffee and tea, ensuring beverages meet quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; food service experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for measuring and portioning food items accurately.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Certification in food handling or safety is preferred.
