Job Brief

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in developing training programs and sales processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
