Had excellent training in First Aid and CPR from Jason Francis. He is a skilled facilitator. The training room was clean, spacious, had an indoor toilet and kitchenette. The practicals were fun. Plenty of parking at the back too. Receptionist was helpful. They get 5 stars from me.

I called up very last minute for a next day appointment to do Cpr and lvr, and the staff and Biphasic looked after me and got Greg to do the course next day. I was impressed that calls were returned and a ln effort was made.
The course was great, ive been to a couple in the past, but Greg’s knowledge, experience and the equipment he uses and how he conducted his training was by far the best. Been doing this course for years and found out I was doing thing not as well as I could have been.
All in all, biphasic was very accommodating for me and my apprentice, very thorough and very professional. I will definitely return, and reccommend their services to anyone interested.

More than happy with my training session in CPR/First Aid at Biphasic Rockhampton. The instructor Ken was very informative, engaging and knowledgeable. Could not recommend a better training facilitator.
