Worst and most unprofessional experience with any consultancy. Got a random call from someone in their team who started the discussion without any brief background. Seemed like some intern who is calling. The lady lacked professionalism and was not ready to listen to answers. Further, when I sought details of the discussion and opportunity, she started saying these details are confidential and we can not share, even for the basic role related queries. Seemed more of an information fetching call than a opportunity discussion. The moment I tried to explain she started speaking loudly and rudely which was highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing and disrespectful. Cherry on the icing- She referred to a particular portal from where she sought my profile and still she was not sure of the basic details. The moment I requested her to share the details on email, she abruptly cancelled the call. Seems company should hire some better trained professionals than call center employees or tele-callers. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Better don’t call if you can’t handle the questions from someone.
