Very frustrating phone call with one of their reps. She sent me an email address to send my resume to via text to my personal number, which is fine. I replied with my resume, and some positions not listed on the resume within the email body. The operator reported that she could not find the email, understandable. I waited until she found the email, when she found the email she reported that the email did not contain the resume attached. Prior to having her send me the email to forward, we had a short discussion of my experience. When she saw the email without the resume, she asked is this all the experience you have? Despite having a conversation moments ago that included other experience… I then forwarded the original email to her again. I then suggested that if she could not see the attachment that I could copy and paste the resume information into the email body so that she could review it. She then repeated that suggestion as if I had been talking to a wall. Given that she did not listen to me inform her that I would do that, and then suggested that very thing it was clear that this conversation would not go far, and perhaps I should avoid this company altogether. I will say she was very apologetic, and I get it misunderstandings happen. However, the lack of organization, deters me from pursuing further relations. I hope this review is helpful, and I still urge other people to give their business a try and come to their judgements but keep this in mind.
