The location in the heart of Fed Hill is great, as there is no shortage of bars and restaurants. The apartments are clean and updated. I love the fact that there are community events every month for you to meet other residents of the community. Kayla, the events person, does an impeccable job putting these together. I also like that there are secured lockers for your package delivery, so that your items don’t get taken. Also, maintenance tends to be timely based on my experience. Overall, it is good value for the price.

Been here since August, At first this place seems cool and reasonable and closer to work for me but once you get settled in for a few months, your view on this place changes. Honestly I wish I could get out my lease. My roommates are pigs. They do not clean up behind themselves and don’t care. I never want to use the kitchen. On weekends and games nights NOT JUST FOOTBALL (ALL GAMES) , there will be NO PARKING! My car has been broken into a few times, they have tried to pop my ignition (not successful) but my steering column was broken, and my window shield wiper handle was completely broken, window busted out , items stolen because of where I am forced to park because of no parking. My packages have been stolen a few times in the mail room. Most drivers just drop packages off in the building and not secure them in lockers, so the residents and their company that comes in the building with them are aware and WILL take your packages, because the rental office will tell you , per your lease they are not reliable. They don’t care, the office manager Ashley is literally onsite once a month. No one is EVER in the rental office. Also she will not answer your calls or call you back. Good luck with needing her. When I moved in , my bd room window handle was broken, so I couldn’t use the handle to close the window so the window was stuck open. After the maintenance man came and “fixed” my window while I was at work, I get home and now the window won’t open at all. It looks like he got the window shut but glued the handle down , so I’m stuck in a room with a non working window. Mind you the maintenance man is like 25 yrs old. Super young Also, THE WIFI IN THE WHOLE BUILDING IS ALWAYS OUT! There’s been so many days I come home and have no WIFI, no email or any communication that the WiFi is out. Overall I try not to go to the WH as much as possible now. I go back home to Aberdeen because I can’t stand that place. I can’t get too upset because you get what you pay for… It’s absolutely not worth it

I lived here for 13 months. I transferred to 2 different suites – one honestly just as unsanitary as the next. You can’t help assigned roommates but it’s clearly infestation. Even if the living areas looks surface level “clean” there are roaches. They’re hidden but I seen them in both of the complexes I stayed in. I don’t understand how it has not been reviewed. Maybe the young people there don’t care very much but it definitely should be required to inform tenants of such before move in. The updated finishes are nice & the location is cool but not at all worth it if you’re living with roaches and cannot even stand to use the kitchen. I haven’t cooked the entire 13 months of my lease b/c I was too disgusted. Just thought some people would appreciate knowing what they walked into. I wish someone would’ve told me. Both the suites and both floors I lived in were infested.
