I toured with Nathan and he was the nicest person ever! I did not have an appointment and I came in during lunch time, but he still took me on a tour. He was very detailed and opened to answering any questions I had. Another thing I like is that he wasn’t pushy either… He noted that I can keep following up with them to see if there will be more availability in the future. He sent me a detailed email to review in my own time.

This property is under new management and they are fixing the issues that were a problem before. The office staff and management are kind and responsive. Manager Don is the sweetest person ever! The home interiors are gorgeously, remodeled with high-quality finishes. Really fun location, walkable to entertainment. Highly recommend!

Apartments are good, toured the 3B3B apartment but strange thing was they scan DL for security and keep it in their system as long as they want! I know displaying the ID and usually the touring person keeps it for security purposes. Here, they scanned ID in their application and won’t let you tour without that.
Apart from touring registration, experience was good they tour you the property. Some of the problems reported were management issues. Apartment was decent but in 3B3B, one of the room having wardrobe as hanging doors and layout is very strange.
Good offers but not sure how it performs with management in long run!
