OVERALL: WebPipl is a hiring automation leader in the market. One best thing about WebPipl is that it has all features of automating your hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, training, so on PROS: My overall experience with WebPipl is really great, because it is user-friendly and easy to use hiring automation platform in the market, and with the help of it my team is able to do profile sourcing, interviewing scheduling, and team training smoothly. CONS: I don’t have any dislike for this platform

WebPipl is a very useful platform for Recruiters, Jobseekers, Vendors. WebPipl simplifies the process of job search and quick access of the database. Recruiters can sign in and upload candidates resumes on the WebPipl database by providing the candidates PAN card number to avoid duplicacy. Recruiters get their work done easily when they have access to a large number of resumes and improve chances of getting a job for their candidates and also recruiters can close position which benefit them the most and to the organization. Satisfied with the WebPipl platform, as a recruiter it makes my day-to-day work easier and faster as we get to know the details of a particular candidates to proceed further with the requirement and hiring process. Thank WebPipl team, hoping to utilize this tool for many more onboardings.

At times candidates are just explorers and their basic details are always mentioned in their resume, But with WebPipl there’s an amazing feature where you can gauge a candidate’s interest level to some extend When you are uploading a resume on WebPipl you need to have candidate’s PAN No. this unique number is not usually mentioned in his/her resume with all the other details . For a submission this is a mandatory step so whoever invests time in giving personal details and even detailed address cannot be a probable explorer, he/she is trusting you with some personal information so a kind of rapport is also built up with the candidate which definitely helps you in understanding the candidate psyche.
