Tom at Post Pack & Ship did an AMAZING job with an auction pickup in LA and delivery to Oslo, Norway. Great communication and he certainly knows how to handle items. I got a very good quote from him and was actually cheaper than all of the alternatives. Zero problems with customs and paper work. Packaging was also very well done, nothing was damaged and very well labelled. I cannot speak highly enough of Post Pack & Ship. 🙂

Yes, there are still some incredible people in this complex world. I’ve partnered with Post Pack & Ship several times to send lots I’ve won at John Moran Auctions (always a great experience with the gallery by the way). PP&S maintain their professionalism, competitive pricing, expeditious and safe delivery each and every time. Today of all days, not having focussed on their location, I spoke with Tom to release an item for shipping. Lo and behold, they’re located in Pasadena amidst the devastating fires. As if there were no issues in the area, Tom handled my request with calm and assurance – even when I implored him to forget the shipment and tend to his own needs. As I read a couple negative reviews from a year or so ago, I can only counter that Tom is on-hand to assist should a customer experience any disconnects. He and his team care about their customers. I HIGHLY recommend their services – they’re worth the trust. They certainly have mine.
