Filthy. Disgusting 🤮 Peter Patera the manager doesn’t care about his employees health or the health of the general public. This post office is disgusting inside; don’t look too close at the walls or counters because you might catch something. And the dust rings out of the ceiling have to be getting the employees sick there. Yuck 🤮

I had an appointment with my dad to realize his passport for the first time a man 79 years old the treatment so garbage that I received made me feel like garbage I don’t want to think it’s racism for being Hispanic because most in this place are Hispanic my appointment Hera 11:45am-12pm when I arrive 11:43am I see that they call other people for passport and when I complain they tell me that they had called me when I arrived the person in charge was not for all that then at least what time I call.., then come to I wait for everyone to attend in the place to tend to my dad and when I arrive I treat my father horrible without having the slightest consideration that he is an old person I felt discriminated and offended with this woman’s service

Don’t do passport with Bernice
Less than star for Bernice
Bernice She treated us with disrespect.
Bernice doesn’t know how to deal with customers and she yelled at us and closed the door while I was talking to her because of my one month old baby. She was trying to take a picture but she didn’t want to be patient and didn’t want to deal with us professionally. She was yelling and wanted to serve other customers. She doesn’t even put her name on the t-shirt. I went back to find out her name and she still treats us with disrespect. She is not a nice for this office. Also, my appointment was 9:45 and I came at 9:40. She started serving me late and was complaining. Mary is good and patient, but Bernice doesn’t treat us with respect and doesn’t appreciate the presence of a baby. She said to put hand sanitizer on a child until he opens his eyes. She’s horrible and doesn’t know anything.
