As an owner of Renewable Engineering Consulting, I used Vested’s recruiting service for several engineering projects. I picked up several engineers for the Midwest operation. Was a great experience as they were very efficient and effective. They found me Electrical Engineers with specific grid experience I needed. The team at Vested is great. Not only did they assess my quantitative abilities but also my ‘fit’. They wanted to ensure I would be happy with my new employment and in turn my new team would be happy with me. They offered me multiple options, temporary and full-time, which allowed me to explore various opportunities. They also did not push me into opportunities I was not interested in or was unqualified for, a common practice in the recruiting industry.

I’ve used other placement firms in the past, but found Vested to be a superior experience. The sign up and screening process were quick and easy, and I received numerous placement opportunities right off the bat. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a job.
