There is a lady pharmacist standing at the pharmacy desk this morning at around 11 am and she was extremely rude and knows absolutely nothing about customer service giving people eye rolls when asked for help. The two other guys there were helpful and friendly but she needs to calm it down

It was just the most uncomfortable and humiliating experience! I was at self-checkout paying for my items as one does. I paid with Apple Pay and given I have an account I don’t need a receipt. I realized I had forgotten an item and went back to get it. I went back to self-checkout to pay for my singular item. The woman who was handling the regular checkout proceeded to accuse me of not paying. I informed her I just paid for the previous items and I had forgotten something. She stated that I stole items and put them into my bag. I told her, no, I forgot something. She proceeded to accuse me further of stealing. I asked to check the security footage. No one checked, she just made me empty my bag, and show its contents. I felt uncomfortable and felt like I could cry. I work in the prudential and come here all the time. I was humiliated beyond repair. And I have been shopping with this company for years. How can you have your employees blatantly accuse someone without checking the facts? I don’t understand. The only saving grace was the woman at the checkout who made me feel at least somewhat comfortable.

The mannerism, culture, hype of this CVS store and pharmacy is nothing compared to the one on 285 Columbus Ave. don’t just take my word for it. Look at the reviews on here at Google and elsewhere.
The pharmacy is very lagging and seems as if it’s being turned by some very competent individuals — again, compared to the one on 285 Columbus Ave. I would personally walk to the Columbus Ave one just to avoid going to contact with such low mannerisms by those at this Pharmacy.
