Misleading, Unprofessional, and a Complete Waste of Time and Money If I could give zero stars, I would. I applied to work as a paraprofessional and was explicitly told I would start once my clearances were completed. I spent weeks gathering documents, paying out of pocket for multiple clearances, and trusting their process, only to be told after everything was finished that there were no more positions available. Turns out, this isn’t just bad luck. After digging deeper, I found multiple people who went through the exact same situation, strung along, told they’d be working, paid money for clearances, and then ghosted or dropped with no job, no communication, and no reimbursement. This is either a case of incompetent coordination or intentional deception, and neither is acceptable when you’re dealing with people’s time, money, and employment plans. If you’re considering working through this organization, think twice. They operate with zero accountability, make promises they don’t keep, and clearly don’t value the effort or trust of their applicants.

My overall experience with the organization has been wonderful! From day one I was provided the proper tools and support from my peers to confidently execute my job duties with efficiency. The flexibility of the company allows me to maintain work-life balance without burnout. The work environment is upbeat and positive and there is always opportunity for growth within the company. I plan on sticking with US Medical for a while.

At 1st I was leery of this company because of the reviews. So glad I decided to make my own conclusion. Us Medical has been nothing short of a blessing for me. Ms Jasmine Cephas and Shawn Ramer MADE SURE I was sent on the best assignment and Shawn literally just emailed me to make sure I was ok at the job, and also if I needed anything. FYI, Try it out for yourself, im happy I did 😊
