I would give them ZERO STARS, but to write a review, you have to give them at least 1. I began dealing with them in August 2024. They have yet to find me a candidate. Today speaking with Dounya, I found out that my company is not a priority. It’s a case of take the money and run. They have $14,000.00 of my money and they are happy to have it. If you are thinking of using them, proceed with caution. Would have thought I would have gotten a phone call. But NO!!! That’s what they call customer service??? Day 2, No phone call. What great customer service they have!!! Day number 3 is quickly going by. There has been no contact from Top Talent. This past Friday, Michael Monson of Top Talent had this to say, “I am in the process of understanding what has transpired on our end and will address any issues that need to be addressed.” Still haven’t heard from him. Day 4, no phone call from Top Talent. This is definitely, a case of take the money and run. I will amend my previous statement, “proceed with caution” to DO NOT USE THEM. If we are not a priority, give us our money back. Maybe, it is time to seek legal advice. Another week goes by, no contact. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. Another week, no one has contacted us from TT. What customer service they have? 2 weeks have passed, no contact from them. A month has passed, nobody from top talent has reached out.
