I applied for a job with a local non-profit and The Nautical Group was facilitating the hiring process. Even though I wasn’t selected for the position, I had an outstanding experience with their recruiter, Luke. He answered all of the questions a candidate has about a position during our first telephone conversation. It was very refreshing as they were super transparent about the role from the beginning so you never felt like your time was being wasted.
