I had a *wonderful* experience working with Erin Allen and Anna Hogan at The Estate Agency. I wasn’t looking for a new role but when they found me on Linkedin because of my experience, they shared a really high profile role that was exciting to me. The more we spoke about it, the more I realized it would be a better fit for my overall life & career goals, so I started the interview process. They were with me every step of the way with updates, feedback, etc, and I ended up being offered the role! I couldn’t have done it without them 🙂
