You get 56 hours off for the whole year. They only pay hours in increments of 4 and 8. I had an open ended contract and the company gave employees a 3% raise and a 5% raise in the same year. I tried to get my rep to negotiate a raise after being there a year and all she did was send the email to my supervisor at the company and never followed up. I had to fight for my own raise for months before I just started applying to jobs there. The benefits package is expensive. I went through 4 different reps in 1 year.
