I have found Dako to be the most unprofessional staffing company I have ever utilized. Each department within this company is managed by a different entity: Dako handles HR, an unknown overseas company manages the time sheets, and Bar Pellam oversees administrative concerns. It often takes weeks to receive a response to even the most basic employment-related inquiries.
There is no opportunity for upward mobility at Dako. Unlike other staffing companies that assist with transitioning to full-time or direct employment, Dako offers no such prospects. Once you become a contractor with Dako, that is the highest position you can attain within the company.
I strongly advise against using this agency. There are numerous other agencies that will treat you with the respect you deserve. Dako views its contractors merely as numbers from which they can extract a significant portion of their pay. You deserve better than what Dako can offer.

This company and the companies that use them as a contract house need to reevaluate the people they have working for them. I am appalled at how unprofessional Whitney was as far as communication goes. I am still waiting to hear back from a representative from this company regarding my contract. The emails sent her wrong with typos. Disappointed is not a strong enough word . I had a bad feeling during the onboarding process and my fears were confirmed. I feel like they will work with and make special exceptions for who they want and were not 100% clear with communication with the company they were contracted with.

I was hired in as a Warranty Parts Processor for VWGoA Warranty Parts Return Center in Auburn Hills, MI this week. And the treatment has been nothing but pleasant and rewarding. The environment is productive and welcoming. The teamwork 💜 unrivaled. Raymond Hobbs took very good care of me. I accepted the offer immediately. Time and care went into my hiring transition that was appreciated. Jason and Barbara made my offer even easier to accept. These names are important. Work is fun, now. Its not work. Let them do this for you.
