The Choice Group seems to take cases initially just to be paid but nothing gets accomplished. My twins were both using their services and I did everything they asked, compiled years of documentation to never be followed up with on numerous occasions by multiple workers. Disappointed is an understatement and they should be ashamed of their lack of quality support, if any support. I ended up taking care of the services for my boys on my own after a year and a half of depending on the Choice Group and getting no where and no communication. Someone should be looking into it because this is misconduct and misrepresenting

I can’t say I’m a fan of them. I had a job coach years ago with them named Catherine. Both me and my friend Jason. The company just seemed like they wanted to get me whatever job. When I worked with them at Bed Bath & Beyond. I got fired over discrimination. And catherine was not there to oversee things and advocate for me Good riddance to bed bath and beyond by the way I’m currently working with a benefit specialist through them. But I feel like it might be time to find a different vendor I feel like this company doesn’t really Value the jobs they get their clients. Nor do they care about the quality of the job coaches they hire. Yeah, it’s been years since I’ve been with the choice group. But I figure now I can give an honest review of how I really feel And they won’t even let you find your own job or employment. It all has to be through them. I think the way this agency operates is completely ridiculous If you’re gonna find a company through the department of rehab, this should not be the one. Look elsewhere

I absolutely loved working with The Choice Group! The company truly cares about the clients they serve and will go above and beyond to help their clients succeed. The job is very rewarding and the employees and management are incredibly supportive and encouraging. Amazing company to work for and work with.
