The selection of denim and menswear is top-tier—carefully curated, high-quality pieces that you won’t find just anywhere. What really made the visit stand out, though, was Matthew. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. He took the time to walk me through fits, fabric details, and answered every question without rushing or overselling. It made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back again soon—this spot is a gem.

I ordered a pair of Unsung House X Standard and Strange collab engineer boots. I had made a mistake with my sizing and contacted Standard and Strange regarding this. Charlie Dargan was an absolute gem with his customer service. He offered a refund even though it was my fault for not checking my sizing thoroughly beforehand. Then when he heard that I still really wanted the boots even though they didn’t initially offer them in my size, he went to the trouble of contacting Unsung House about making a pair in my size. Unsung House was kind enough to agree. Throughout the back and forth of emails, Charlie remained nothing but kind, thoughtful, professional and amazing. Fast forward to getting the boots, and they’re absolutely great! Super, super thanks to Charlie of Standard and Strange and Unsung House

Fantastic selection of brands you won’t find many other places, many of which are U.S.-made. Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service, which if you read reviews of boutiques like this, you’ll know is sadly rare. Special shout out to Matt for taking care of me today while buying an incredible jacket.
