- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate reinforcement efforts with other trades and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Steel Rod Buster or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of rebar installation techniques and concrete reinforcement practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
- Proficient in using hand tools, rod-bending machines, and blowtorches.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
